We seek to assist schools to bridge the gap between legislative prescripts and their current state of affairs. We do this through analyzing the school’s control universe and developing a road map to bridge the gap. We offer our schools the following :

POLICY DESIGN

We assist schools to develop financial policies, procedure manuals that link policy statements to responsible officials, reporting timelines and the internal controls for the application of the policy processes.

AUDIT READINESS AND REMEDIATION

Our approach in assisting in audit readiness apply internal controls is based on the COSO framework and AFS reverse approach. We develop source documents for Separation of Duties, Access Controls, Required Approvals, Asset verifications and Inventory audits, Templates, Trial Balances, Reconciliations and Data Backups for Monthly Readiness
